Is USAVPC a government service?
No. USAVPC is a private, independent service of osirisbrain, LLC. We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa center.
What is free?
The visa guide, the refusal-letter explanations, the Schengen statistics and a sample practice question. The paid plans are one-time payments in the app.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final. We correct duplicate charges and billing errors, and we honor any refund right that your local law does not allow to be excluded. Payments and refunds
Do you guarantee a visa or submit my application?
No. We never predict or guarantee a decision and we do not submit applications. Official applications are made on official websites.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to My space → Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see Delete your account.
