Delete your account
You can delete your USAVPC account and its data at any time.
In the app
- Open the USAVPC app and sign in.
- Go to My space → Settings → Delete account.
- Type your account email to confirm.
Deletion is permanent.
Without the app
Write to us from your account email and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we answer within the time the law requires, generally 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and everything linked to it on our server: purchases, support messages and recovery codes. In the app, the data saved on your phone is erased too.
What we keep
A minimal payment record, without your account data, for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and disputes, and a minimal record that the deletion was completed.
