Refund policy
Predictable rules for a private digital service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
We handle charge issues and service failures under clear criteria. This private-service fee is separate from every government fee.
1. Request window
Contact us within 14 calendar days of payment. Include the account email, payment date, plan, and reason. We may ask for information needed to verify the transaction and protect the account.
2. Full refunds
A full refund is generally available when the charge is duplicated or unauthorized, when you cancel before materially using the paid workspace or receiving human review, or when a material service failure attributable to USAVPC prevents access and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.
3. Partial or unavailable refunds
After material use of digital tools, generation or download of deliverables, or completion of human review, we may deduct the value already delivered and refund the unused portion where appropriate and legally permitted.
Government fees and amounts paid directly to third parties are outside this policy. A visa refusal, government delay, interview unavailability, change of personal plans, or dissatisfaction with a consular decision does not by itself make a completed preparation service refundable.
4. How decisions are made
We review the payment record, access history, deliverables, support history, and applicable consumer law. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; Stripe or the card network determines when the credit appears.
5. Charge problems
Tell us promptly about duplicate or unrecognized charges so we can investigate. This policy does not limit any non-waivable card-network, bank, or consumer rights.
