USAVPC is a private service. Our prices never include government or visa-center fees, which you pay directly to the authorities.
1. All sales are final
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes unused access time, partial use, a change of plans, a visa refusal or delay, any decision of an authority, and dissatisfaction with the outcome of an application. Access periods run from the confirmed payment whether or not you use them. See section 9 of the Terms of Service.
2. Duplicate charges and billing errors
If you were charged twice or we made a billing error, contact us and we will correct it.
3. Rights under your local law
If the law that applies to you grants a refund or withdrawal right that cannot be excluded by contract, we will honor it to the extent that law applies to you. Write to us with your account email, the payment date, and the plan.
4. Before contacting your bank
Contact us at support@usvisaprocessingcenter.com within 30 days of any charge you believe is wrong. If you start a chargeback for a valid charge, we may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed and share the transaction records with the payment processor.
